Delivery

The Small Group Operator's Manual is a digital product. There is no physical shipping.

How delivery works:

Upon successful payment, the PDF is sent automatically to the email address you provided at checkout. Delivery is typically instant — most buyers receive the email within 1-2 minutes of completing payment.

If you do not see the email within 30 minutes:

1. Check your spam, promotions, or junk folder. The delivery email is sent from a transactional email service and occasionally lands there.
2. Verify the email address on your order is correct.
3. Contact info@smallgroupoperator.com with your order number and we will resend the PDF manually within one business day.

The PDF download link does not expire. You can re-download the file at any time using the link in the delivery email.

There are no shipping costs. There are no physical materials. There is nothing to wait for in the mail.
